  1. Right of admission is reserved.

  3. No smoking is allowed inside the hunting area or during a hunt.
  4. Hunters who are suspected of being intoxicated will not be allowed to hunt. No alcohol may be taken on or consumed during a hunt.
  5. Staff is allowed to receive tips for jobs well done. Should you wish to tip any staff member, please do so at the reception desk upon departure. Please do not pay staff members directly.
  6. All hunters will be required to provide proof of membership to a recognized hunting club. Should he/she be unable to provide such proof and wound/injure any animal and not find said animal before the hunt is over, he/she will be liable to pay the full worth of the animal as stipulated in the price list.
  7. Should a hunter provide proof of membership to a hunting club and wound/injure any animal and not find said animal before the hunt is over, theGame Hunting Safari Lodge Limpopo South Africa hunter will be liable to pay the full worth of the animal as stipulated on the price list.
  8. Should a hunter wound/injure any animal and not find said animal before the hunt is over, the hunter will lose his claim on any such animal.
  9. All hunters will be required to take target practice on the shooting range before they will be allowed to hunt. Penalties are applicable to any missed shots or wounding of animals.
  10. Any hunter who is found incompetent on the shooting range will not be allowed to hunt until he/she has convinced management of his/her competence in shooting accurately at the correct distance.
  11. No hunting will be allowed outside the designated hunting area.

  12. Hunting of any bird species are strictly prohibited
  13. A maximum of 4 (four) shots per hunter will be allowed. After 4 missed shots, the hunter will be required to return to the shooting range until he/she has convinced management of his/her competence.
  14. Non-hunters who join a hunter in the veld will do so entirely at their own risk. All non-hunters are subject to the rules and regulations of the farm and that of management.
  15. Only species as agreed upon may be hunted.
  16. Guides are not responsible for finding any injured/wounded animal. They will, however, be helpful in the search of such animal.
  17. No animal in flight is allowed to be hunted.
  18. Rifle hunters are not allowed to shoot near/at watering holes or bow hunting
    hides.
  19. No hunting from any vehicle will be allowed at any time.
  20. A maximum of two hunters will be allowed in the veld at any one time or two pairs of two.
  21. No hunter will be allowed to hunt without a guide present.
  22. Minimum caliber rifle allowed: .243
  23. Daily hunting fee include the following:
    • Guides
    • Skinning
    • Collecting of animals shot in the field
    • Drop-off and collecting from hides/veld
  24. Daily hunting fee exclude the following:
    • Taxidermy fees
